All bookings are accepted in good faith by the owners. However, in the unlikely event of the owners or their agents having to cancel any booking previously confirmed, their liability will be limited to the return in full of any monies paid. The management reserve the right to refuse any booking or to terminate the tenancy at its absolute discretion.
A deposit of 1/3 of the rental is payable upon booking. The balance of the rental is payable 10 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings made less than 10 weeks in advance, the total amount is payable on booking. A 2% fee will be charged on all credit card payments. For reservations made at least 10 weeks in advance a 5% discount will be offered if payment is made in full at the time of booking.
Once a booking is confirmed, i.e. the deposit has been paid and the booking accepted, the hirer is responsible for the total cost of the holiday as shown on the invoice. We therefore STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you take out HOLIDAY CANCELLATION INSURANCE with your insurance broker. In the event of cancellation every effort will be made to re-let the unit. In the unlikely event that re-letting cannot be arranged, the hirer will still be liable to pay the balance of the tariff in full. A small cancellation fee of £20.00 may also be charged.

Please check your inventory (located in the property information folder) on arrival and report any discrepancies to the Reception immediately. The Management will require a credit or debit card number to be given before arrival against which a £75 deposit will be held and may be used to cover damage and or breakages which occur during the holiday.
The guests are obliged to take care of the property and leave it clean and tidy at the end of their holiday. The Management reserve the right to charge extra if heavy duty cleaning is required after their departure. We also reserve the right to refuse another booking from the guest should we be disappointed with the condition of the property upon departure.
Any complaints must be made know to the proprietor immediately. No complaints will be entertained at the end of the hiring period or after the hirer has departed. Arrival and Departure
Properties cannot be occupied by guests before 3pm/4pm on the day of arrival, as we wish to ensure your accommodation is completely ready for your occupation. The property must be vacated by 10am/11am on the day of departure (individual arrival/departure times are allocated to each property). The housekeepers only have a limited time to prepare each property for the next guests and we ask you to respect this.
Guests are asked to leave their accommodation in a clean and tidy condition when vacating. Guests are asked to give consideration to other residents and not to cause nuisance or annoyance. The owner reserves the right to gain access with prior notice for the purpose of maintenance and inspection if it is necessary.
The Park Mawgan Porth has excellent leisure facilities to include Swimming Pool and play area. All these areas are unattended by our staff, therefore we recommend that children under the age of 15 using the swimming pool should be supervised by an adult at all times. We ask that parents ensure that infants wear Aqua nappies whilst using the pool. The playground is suitable for use by children aged 3-13. Parental supervision is essential.
All leisure facilities are used at your own risk. The owners will not accept any responsibility for injury or accidents however caused.
